I have trouble with opening STAAD. Pro Connect Edition, once I click the icon, it will show the launch page, then popup window appears as shown pictures:
once click "OK", the second popup window shown as:
I wonder how I can solve that problem.

Which STAAD.Pro are you using? The latest version is 22.11.00.156, so if you are not using this version yet, try to upgrade.
