has anyone experienced something similar? I want to checkout the license but the notification says there is no license on the server, please help. Thank you
Which STAAD.Pro version you are using? It seems like older v8i version. If so, please note we have stopped supporting those versions. Please upgrade to the latest connect edition version and then try.

We do not support this version and the license server. We stringly recommend upgrading to the connect edition for continuous support.
even though we previously bought this license for a lifetime it still can't be accessed again if it's not upgraded ?
