Anytime i run analysis for this model it always display the error "supports joint are collinear"
I have tried using plate mat and the same warning still appears
I have also deleted wing walls for the culvert in XZ plane but the error still appears.
How do I go about it?

Which is the version of STAAD, you are using? I ran the file in STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition v11 and it did not come up with issue on supports. There were some issue with the vehicle loading since you tried applying the vehicle loads on the plate elements. You may need to create dummy beams to generate vehicle loads in this structure.Please refer the attached discussion on vehicle load generation on plates.
