Is there any option to extract STAAD results from the temporary files created with analysis file (.scn, .bmd)?

May I know the purpose in this request? If you can explain what you are trying to achieve we can probably provide you some solution.
If you want to extract section displacement and member forces, you can use OpenSTAAD function
