Regarding brace connection design, file attached, results page 7, limit state of Transverse section web yielding lists demand as 70.89kips this demand matches the magnitude of Hb. this is incorrect the demand in this case should be Vb plus beam shear. I would really appreciate a confirmation of the statement above. I tried to upload .rcnx file I kept getting the error message in the attached image.

The "Transverse section web yielding" check is in the Gusset to Beam interface checks. The demand is based on the Hb forces as you noted, and the capacity is based on the beam web thickness and depth which does seem illogical. I'll log an issue.
