&lt;p&gt;In Model 2, the columns above are pinned and the stiffened support zone feature is not used.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The different properties for the columns above is the main cause of the different deflections.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, in both models, there are several tendon out of slab or section errors. And, it appears that the tendon profiles are not defined correctly.&lt;/p&gt;
