Regretfully no. That's another thing that is easier to do in Ram Elements or STAAD.

Is there an option to duplicate/copy once the truss is defined at a location (to others locations) in elevation mode?. I need to repeat the truss 21 times in the model.

You can make a custom W section with the area and inertial of the Wt you are really going to use (see: https://communities.bentley.com/products/ram-staad/w/structural_analysis_and_design__wiki/3113/ram-table-editing-faq). For analysis purposes that should be equivalent. If you are trying to do code checks, then another product like Ram Elements or STAAD would be better.
