Dear users,
After I had installed the last version of Staad Pro, the ITwin information is not showing anymore in RAM Concept, see below:
I had already done the following:
1- Uninstall and install RAM Concept
2- Uninstall and install Itwins

RAM Concept Version 8 Update 4 (v08.04.00) will have a solution for this issue. Unfortunately, that version has not been released but will be available on our Software Download page very soon.
In the meantime, use Option 2 outlined in the Solution section on the web page above.
