About GetMemberSteelDesignRatio function

Hi,

I need some help here.

I am trying to do some automatic design by reading the utilization ratio from the results. I believe in Open Staad there is only one function called GetMemberSteelDesignRatio which returns a True or False value:

GetMemberSteelDesignRatio(nBeam, rat), in which nBeam is Long and rat is Double

The default allowable ratio is 1, and I wanna make it lower like 0.8 or something.

But I tried changing the rat value in the function, and also the "RATIO" in design parameters, I suppose they didn't work, as the function returns TRUE everytime no matter how low I set the ratio value is.
