RAM Connection - Flush moment, Mu value cannot find

Question

Hi everyone, 
 When checking a flush moment connection, the Demand moment appears in 0 for the "external flange" and appears a small moment for "internal flange". 
 My questions are: 
 
 What is an external or internal flange in a splice moment connection, flush? 
 Why external flange moment is 0? 
 Where can I find the used moments, as they differ from DEMANDS table at the beginning?

The flush beam splice connection is set up to support end plates that may be extended above, and below the joint and also works with haunched sections, so it has extra lines in the report for checking bending in those portions of the plates, which may not be relevant for the basic flush beam splice. It's been a while since I had checked the demands, but if you send your file or any example you want me to review I can.

You have axial compression forces in conjunction with the moments. If you have moments only then the Mu would directly equate to the demand (at least for Internal flange - flexural yielding for AISC 360-16, flush end plate beam splice)
