Temperature load can lead to high support reactions and that is expected. What support reactions due to temperature load would you expect?

Does temperature load applied is correct or not?
If applied load is correct, then why more reaction for temperature load combination.
without temp load, reaction is around 30kN,
when temp load is applied, then reaction shot up to 107kN.
does temperature load alone increase this much reaction to support is my doubt?
please guide me on this issue.../

I don't see any issues in the temperature load application. Yes, the temperature load can lead to quite high support reactions due to deformations induced between the fixed supported.

As yous see, to calculate the load due to temperature you must know what the temperature at the stress-free condition is. So what is that temperature at your case?

temperature at the stress-free condition for me is 28.15 degree C.../
OK, so in that case you need to provide your calculated f1 values in your model instead of 33 degrees which is currently used.
