Length for flexural torsional buckling OPENSTAAD

Hi, is there a way to get and set the Length for flexural torsional buckling using OPENSTAAD?

 How can I assign steel design parameters for member(s) using OpenSTAAD 
 
 You can extract the assigned Length for flexural-torsional buckling with function GetMemberDesignParameters 
 How can I get the assigned steel design parameters values of a certain member using OpenSTAAD
