I ran your model with the latest STAAD.Pro CE version 22.12.00.142 and did not receive such error. Which STAAD.Pro version are you using? The model is quite large and it has many load combinations, so make sure that you have enough memory in the hard disk. I would say you should have at least 20 GB of free space in your hard disk.
