The version of RAM Connection you have mentioned is too old. I would request you to upgrade to the latest version 13.09.00.163where the required Canadian code is present.

Thank you, Seth Guthrie for your prompt response. I tried in version 13.1.0.76 and couldn't the option for the Canadian codes. Could you please clarify. Thank you.

Are you able to use Ram Connection instead? We deprecated LIMCON for Ram Connection several years ago offering a license exchange (see FAQ for Limcon Users! Transition to RAM Connection ) and Ram Connection can design a cap plate per Canadian standard with W of HSS rectangular column shapes.
