Hi good morning, 
 I need to design cap plate with bolts based on the Canadian code, but I am facing the following issues. 
 Limcon software version3.6.3 I am facing the attached issues. Could anyone please check and provide response. Thank you very much.

Are you able to use Ram Connection instead? We deprecated LIMCON for Ram Connection several years ago offering a license exchange (see FAQ for Limcon Users! Transition to RAM Connection ) and Ram Connection can design a cap plate per Canadian standard with W of HSS rectangular column shapes.

The version of RAM Connection you have mentioned is too old. I would request you to upgrade to the latest version 13.09.00.163where the required Canadian code is present.
