I have an 8"x16" concrete beam and in the end span of a multi-span condition, it says the bottom flexural beam reinforcement fails code limit by 1 bar. I have 2-#5 bars currently for all spans and for every other span, this is adequate and meets all code and design criteria. This error does not go away even if I add bottom bars to this span. The Design Warning message also does not even give a code section reference.Is there a workaround for this, or is this something that should be able to be ignored?

Check if the error goes away by hooking the end of the bars at the end of the cantilever.. If so then it would be a check for due to having partially developed bars at the end. That might be OK to ignore, but it depends on the forces applied at the end of the beam in my opinion. If it's something else, maybe send your file.
