While running Calc Partial through the Load History Deflection step, I receive the following popup error message which causes the load history calculation to terminate:
"Program Error (no deflection found for point inside slab in SpanSegment::deflectionAnalysis()) Contact support."
I'm using RAM Concept v8.04. Is this a known issue in this version? Or could there be something in the model causing this error?
The level is pretty complex and some areas are changing, so I'm only focusing on designing the PT for portions of the slabs and beams that are properly coordinated for now. I'm not sure if the unfinished areas are experiencing excessive deflection/rebar yielding and this is related to that or if there's another issue with the program. Please contact me if you need me to upload the current version of the model to try to duplicate the error.
Please share the model file using our Secure File Upload. I will review and determine whether this is a program defect and/or a way to eliminate the error.
This does appear to be a program issue that we will need to review further and find a fix for.
To eliminate the error in your model, please try stretching the end of latitude span segment 13-3 or 17-1 so that the connect at a single point. Currently, there is a small gap between the span segment ends.
