STAAD - Inactive Members not going inactive in load combinations

Question

I have wind loadings in X+ and X- directions in which I am trying to make cross members inactive when they would typically be in compression. 
 Below is an example: 
 
 The red braces should be inactive per my coding but they still show them taking compression forces in post processing for Wind X+ Load showing axial forces in Fx. 
 
 Below is my STAAD input. Would like a review to see why my members are not going inactive.

Hello, 
 In your model there is an extra "Perform Analysis" command after "Check Code All" command at the end of the file. This is not required and due to this the program is reanalyzing the structure. As you have used a "Change" command at line number 448, the program is resetting the stiffness matrix to default and analyzing considering all members as active. If you delete or comment out that particular perform Analysis command you will be able to get the desired results I believe. 
 
 Just an additional point to mention here, As you indicated that you want the bracings not to take compression force and only tensile force, instead of making this inactive you can use member tension command. This will internally make the member active or inactive depending on the nature of force it is experiencing from different load cases.
