Hey all, I have a question about the view diagrams tab in RAM Structural System's "Steel Beam / Joist Module". If I go to View Update and select a beam, the moment listed under "View Results" for the 1.4DL case is given as 114.3 kip-ft , but if I go to "View Diagrams" and select the 1.4DL case the maximum moment is given as 166.7 kip-ft . Strangely both View Results and View Diagrams agree the max moment for the 1.2DL + 1.6LL case is 336.2 kip-ft. Does anyone know what's causing the discrepancy for the 1.4DL case and which value is correct? Thanks!
