what about node horizontal deflection is it taken from lenght or for exm. from height h/200
For horizontal deflection of the structure, you need to check the criteria manually like you have mentioned in the last line.

I mean for column lateral sway i now it is H/some value. but for horizontal beam is it height of beam from ground divided to value or length divided to value (value for example 200,300 for me interesting what dividing to that value for horizontal beam)
For deflection check of beam, you should take the length of the beam divided by some limit like 300 or 200 as per requirement and compare against the deflection value reported in STAAD.
in that case cantilever part, under which bracing given 0.9m, 0.9/200=4.5 SLS displacement in node in beam end LZ=9mm
so it more from allowable 5mm
