This happens when moment is high at the upper levels due to higher lateral load. Please double check if all the load values are correct. In your case, I can see higher moments in upper level compared to bottom levels and with respect to that this is expected.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. You need to use property reduction factor Code Specific option to get it activated only for IS1893 2016 criteria.&lt;/p&gt;
