cant we make model only in phycal modeler and than add loads and combination of loads in analytical modeller.

You can do that but for that you need to drop the physical model first. Once you drop the physical model you can not go back to physical modeler. Then onwards all work you need to do in analytical modeler. I think if you have a structure for which creation of geometry is easy in physical modeler, you can use this approach.
