STAAD PRO HOW TO CHECK PUNCHING SHEAR OF ANALYZED PLATE(SLAB)

I need your help i would like to do punching shear from the STAAD Results of the attached STAAD File

1.Do i have to use shear stresses SQX and SQY? if yes how do i convert these values to shear force? 

or

2.Do i have to take force of a member which is carrying my slab directly?
