Hello may you help me to know what is the cause of these difference in results as shown in the attached File and pic.
Is it the dummy beams introduced? which modification can be done to rectify this?

Yes, this is happening due to dummy members. More specifically, because some dummy members are divided into segments, which are not connected to other reasonably stiff elements. You need to merge those segmented dummy members into a single length members as shown below:

The size does not really matter as the material is already with 0 density and low E value.
Iam attaching this model please help me to understand why these dummy beams have higher moment? and what should be done to lower their moment?

Do you mean beam only1432 or some other beams as well? The moments are higher compared to what? What moment would you expect?
