Is it possible to run RAM Frame without input lateral loads?

We have a steel building where we run lateral analysis using other software. However, we have vierendeel truss system as well as diagonal brace member running through multiple levels as part of our gravity system.

As far as I understand,

1. To add brace member running through multiple levels, I need to have lateral beams at those location, to be able to add the brace.
2. Vierendeel truss system required fixed condition at all member within the truss system. This can only be done in RAM Frame as well.
3. To get the result in RAM Frame, I have to input lateral analysis.

Would it be possible to get gravity result while having these systems in the model?
