I am modeling flat slab as a column strip and bracing arrangement. I wish to apply floor loads on the column strips ( beam frame) and ignoring loading of horizontal bracings.
Is there a command in STAAD where we can instruct member to ignore load however account its stiffness in analysis.

We notice that you are applying a FLOOR LOAD using the INCLINED option. We also notice that the entire set of members which make up the roof, which is curved in 2 planes, are clustered into a single FLOOR GROUP.
The INCLINED FLOOR load is designed to work only when a particular instance of that command is applied on a set of members which form a single plane. As we wrote in the previous paragraph, since the roof is sloped in 2 planes in a wave like form, the roof encompasses numerous small panels each forming its own plane. It seems that each set of 4 members which form a closed region forms a plane. STAAD will not be able to generate the load when the floor group represents dozens of panels each forming its own plane. Each floor group has to represent just one plane.
In order to make the FLOOR LOAD work on this, you would have to
a) Replace your current floor group with several floor groups, with each floor group constituting the members of just one plane. b) Apply the FLOOR LOAD one such group per instance of the command.

As you may have reckoned, given the complex shape of the roof and the hundreds of panels that it encompasses, the FLOOR LOAD is not an efficient way to apply the roof load.
A simpler way would be to define plate elements on the roof and apply the load using the element pressure load option. Each panel made up of 4 members could be circumscribed by one element. You can use the Add Plate-Quad facility in the Geometry menu of STAAD's GUI to do this. It may seem tedious, but in a short while, the whole roof would be covered using this method. You could assign the plates a very small thickness, zero density, and an E which is 1/100th that of concrete to ensure that neither the weight nor the stiffness of the plates would have any meaningful contribution to the structure. So, the plates act as nothing but a medium for applying a load.

I had another thought on this...
Due to the wave-form geometry of this structure, it seems probable that some of these quads would end up being warped. I tested a few of them, but I couldn't positively identify any that would exceed STAAD.Pro's built-in tolerance for warp in a quad plate.
Then I got to thinking...rather than introduce all of those plates and wonder about their effect on the model (even if their stiffness WAS made negligible), how about the idea of using ELEMENT JOINT LOADS? But the very first one that I tried proved to be even more tedious than defining plates, AND it produced an error message stating that the selected nodes form a warped plane, and it refused to create the load.
If quad plates ARE used as a means to apply the loads as plate pressure loads, I would carefully observe the statics check results to be sure that the warped plates do not cause an unacceptable loss of load.
