I am working in private construction company,in my company they didn'nt give proper training to do the project,i know staad.pro but i dont know how to design the structures in practical.
three months back only i have completed my course,so i have no practical knowledge
so pls anybody help me to understand the project in practical point of view.
It is very useful in my future.
