On every workstation that I have tried the 3.4.0 link installation we receive the error..
"You must install RAM Structural System before installing the RAM Structural System Link to Revit Structure"
and cannot move beyond that point.
All machines have Revit structure x64 of the 2009-2011 varieties and RAM SS v14.0.2.0.1.00
Any ideas?
Did you uninstall the previous versions of RAM Structural System before installing v14.02.01.00? If not you may need to do a clean install. You can find the instructions by going to this link.

Also, did you install the 64 bit version of the RAM-Revit Link? There are two seperate installations for 32 bit and 64 bit on the Bentley My Select CD website. You can read the release notes by going here:
