Is RAM Structural System automatically do load combinations from load cases?
Are these load combinations could be shown in the report?

A bit off topic, but when using the RAM Structural System -> Ram Concept direct link from Ram Manager, load combinations are always regenerated as you noted.
If you use Ram Concept stand-alone and import the Ram SS model you can then revise the Concept model and your changes will stay in place so long as you don't import/update the file from the RAM SS model again.
The request has been made a couple of times and I have an enhancement request logged, but please help us to understand the reason why Ram Concept's generated load combinations are not right for you.
There are two basic approaches for RAM SS custom combinations that you might want to reuse.
One approach is to just copy a set of combinations to the clipboard, paste in Excel and then keep the Excel spreadsheet available to copy and paste from in your future models. This works well when there are no variables (like redundancy factors) and when the list of load cases is always the same.
The slightly more elaborate approach is to create your own load combinations template. Details instructions for that under Start – All Programs – Bentley Engineering – RAM Structural System – Manuals – Load Combination Generator.pdf
I recommend that you start with a program template that is close to what you want, make a copy and edit it rather than starting from scratch.
