  • I see 2 problems.

The first problem may or may not be present in your version depending on what you are running. Nevertheless, here is the solution to both.

Problem 1 : Program not identifying a tube named TUB120603.65. The solution is:

Start the program from its Program Group (instead of double clicking on the STAAD file).

On the opening screen of the program, in the group of buttons titled "Project Tasks", choose Configuration. The "Configure Program dialog" will come up. Choose the tab titled Section Profile Table. In the row titled Indian, click on the right cell. A down arrow ill appear. You will see 2 items - IndianSections and IndianLegacySections. Choose the latter. Click on Accept.

Next try opening the STAAD file.

Problem 2 : Program stops with the message "Above Line contains erroneous data. The solution is:

Your load case is specified in the following manner:

    UNIT CM KG

LOAD 1 LOADTYPE Dead  TITLE DL

    SELFWEIGHT Y -1

    START GROUP DEFINITION

    FLOOR

    _FR1BMS 116 TO 121 131 TO 137 145 TO 150

    _FR2BMS 57 TO 64 89 91 93 99 TO 102 110 TO 112 116 TO 121

    END GROUP DEFINITION

    UNIT MMS NEWTON

    FLOOR LOAD

    YRANGE 0 0 FLOAD -0.0001 XRANGE 3325 5494  ZRANGE -4000 4000  GY

Righ in the midst of load case 1, you have a group definition. Re-arrange the order of those lines to

    UNIT CM KG

    START GROUP DEFINITION

    FLOOR

    _FR1BMS 116 TO 121 131 TO 137 145 TO 150

    _FR2BMS 57 TO 64 89 91 93 99 TO 102 110 TO 112 116 TO 121

    END GROUP DEFINITION

    UNIT MMS NEWTON

LOAD 1 LOADTYPE Dead  TITLE DL

    SELFWEIGHT Y -1

    FLOOR LOAD

    YRANGE 0 0 FLOAD -0.0001 XRANGE 3325 5494  ZRANGE -4000 4000  GY

With these changes, the file runs. But there are a number of warnings stating that the FLOOR LOAD isn't getting generated. Check the XRANGEs and ZRANGEs. I checked a few and found that the panels within these ranges are not closed boundaries.

You also need to check the units of the Young's Modulus (E) in the Material data. There is a warning mentioning that

A STIFF MATERIAL WITH  7.208E+01 TIMES THE STIFFNESS OF STEEL ENTERED.
