Your editor file is not having node no.50 51 52 and 53. Plate no 4 in the model is attached to some other nodes. Whether the warning that you spoke to pertains to this model or some other model.

You need to subdivide the plates further. Currently, the length of the longest side to the shortest side of each element is 5/0.17 = approx. 29.5

A value greater than 8 triggers the warning message.
