Can STAAD.Pro be used to design cold-formed tapered tubular members using ASCE 48-11, "Design of Steel Transmission Pole Structures"?

ASCE 48-11 is not implemented in Staad , for cold formed sections AISI 1996 is there .

A predecessor document to ASCE 48, called ASCE Manual 72 (Guide for Design of Steel Transmission Pole Structures), is implemented. It is part of the package that includes the ASCE 10-97 code (Code for Design of Electrical Transmission Towers). Tapered tubular sections can be designed as per the rules of this manual.
