When you copy a joint in RAM Connection, it only copies the joint, and not the connection. So when I want to have 2 calcs for similar conditions (i.e. 3/4" bolts vs. 1" bolts), I have to manually duplicate all the same info other than the 1 or 2 fields that are different. On connections like braced frame column-beam joints with 4 braces, that is a lot of information to manually enter. Is there any way to copy not just the joint, but the connection also? That would save me SO much time. Thanks.

It is limited as you say. Short of copying the whole .cnx file I don't see a fast way to duplicate the joint and connection. I'll draw this to the attention of the developers.
We are now in 2019 and this enhancement still has not been included. Please put to the top of the list!
I have to admit, I do sometimes wonder when old threads like this come up again, after 6 or more years, if Bentley's development "team" is just one poor sleep-deprived guy trying to maintain and improve several product lines simultaneously. That would at least explain the lack of progress on so many fronts.
