Has anyone used the Canadian design code for analysis? Whenever I select to use the Canadian code I am no longer able to set the Min/Max pedestal bar sizes and they default to 15 and -17179869. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong here?
It is not an error on your part. As of now the program is not able to design pedestals for Canadian code. If you use latest version of STAAD.foundation Advanced (06.02.00.11), those inputs have been deactivated. Our developers are aware of this limitation and we will get this implemented in the near future.

Is there any plans in the near future to have full design available with the Canadian code? My firm is very interested in using STAAD Foundation for more design work.
This is something that is in the pipeline but unfortunately I do not have a date yet.
