When running the beam design module I get a fatal error with a message " Two members at same location at (ft): (----),(----)
I didn't know that it is even possible to have two members in the same location. It doesn't even say what level the error is on?
Does anyone know of this error and how to resolve this?

I have seen this happen at times, usually when a cantilever from one beam is modeled on top of the adjacent beam. Running a data check prior to entering the RAM Steel Beam module might report the error. Otherwise displaying the beam numbers and looking for duplicate numbers will sometimes reveal the duplicate beams. Is this a model that got imported from Revit?
When I have seen "two beams overlap" the data was imported from dxf or Revit and it was often a beam and cantilever that were congruent like Augusto noted. Removing parts of the model through trial and error is the only way I've been able to surely locate and fix the problem.
