Yes, you can have a point load, line load and surface load applied at the same location, but you can only have 1 of each type at any one spot. With surface loads, remember it's the last or top layer that counts. more here: communities.bentley.com/.../3037.aspx

You can stretch the vertices of a surface load polygon (Change polygon), but you cannot move a line load or a point load at this time (other than by moving the grids and/or objects they are placed on).

Yes, use Options - Set Show options - Miscellaneous Tab - Loads.
