IS STAAD PRO CAPABLE OF MODELLING PRESTRESS GIRDER?

 is there any idea how to model a prestress girder?

With general FEA applications like STAAD.pro the only way I know of to mimic the behavior of pre- or post-tensioning on a beam is through external loads. You can apply a special load case with an upward acting force along the beam and axial compression along with the equivalent counter reaction at the columns for example. 
 Some users try to use thermal loads to mimic the prestress force, but I find that method to be more complicated.

Currently , in Staad one can model the arrangement of Box Girder with prestress loading , but unfortunately design scope has not been yet featured. 
 For modeling the arrangement, you need to generate the Shell of Box Girder by plate elements . 
 For assigning the prestress and post stress load through the plate elements, you need to lay the dummy beam members appoximately through the line expected to be traversed by the tendons .

Also if your girder section is tapering from one end to another then you need to accordingly change the shape of plate geometry. 
 
 Now , you need to apply the prestress loading on the very same tendon layout . 
 Please refer to example no.-6 , where the same type of loading pattern is explained.
