1. How to define "strenght reduction factor ：Φ （R9.3.1 in ACI318-05) " in staad pro
2.How to determinate Parameter "MMAG" for designing concrete in staad.pro
3.How to calculate MMAG quickly and if the parameter can be calculated automatically by staad.pro
Calculate the magnification factor explained in section 10.11 through 10.13 of ACI 318-05. Then, apply the factor using the MMAG parameter .

The strength reduction factors are already coded in the program and are as per the ACI 9.3.2. User cannot define that.
As Biswa mentioned, the MMAG needs to be calculated based on guidelines provided in the ACI 318-05 code sections 10.11 to 10.13. I am not aware of any quick tool. The process can be quite elaborate for real life 3D structures with a number of load cases/combinations and so I think carrying out a second order analysis in lieu of a first order analysis with moment magnification, can be a more practical solution.
