Based on this post from a while back, it looks like that warning can’t simply be user-overridden.

** WARNING ** about Floor/OneWay Loads/Weights.
Please note that depending on the shape of the floor you may
have to break up the FLOOR/ONEWAY LOAD into multiple commands.
For details please refer to Technical Reference Manual
Section 5.32.4 Note 6.
This warning has been included as a friendly reminder to the user that he/she should be careful when using the “FLOOR” or "ONEWAY" load function and to consider breaking up the floor into smaller groups for complex shapes.
The warning does not necessarily mean that anything is wrong with the floor loads or oneway loads, but just that the user should be aware that in some instances it is necessary to break up the floor and oneway loads into smaller regions. Section 5.32.4 of the Technical Reference Manual gives a detailed explanation of these situations. In the attached model, the floor load is generated by the program so you can ignore this warning message.
As a precaution, you can add PERFORM ANALYSIS PRINT LOAD DATA command. On using this command you can check on which member the floor loads are generated and its intensity.
If you wish to turn off these warning messages, you can use SET PRINT 5 command before the Joint Co-ordinate data.
