Importance Factor in Ram Frame

I cannot seem to find where to change the importance factor for my building. Is this in the code somewhere when I select the IBC code I want to use?

The importance factors are set when defining each lateral load case (i.e. wind or seismic). It might be more convenient to define a single importance factor for the model, but this way it's more flexible.

When you create (or change) a Code Specific lateral load in RAM Frame you are presented with a dialog box that includes things like Wind Speed and Importance factor. 
 
 The ASCE 7-10 manual changed things, however. Now there is no Importance factor for wind anymore. Rather the Basic Wind speed should be elevated (using a different chart) when the building is in a higher Risk Category.
