Reduced Moment Capacity of the EN1993:1:1-2005

Does Staad account for the reduced moment capacity when SF exceed the 0.5 SR (as per 6.2.8), i found some anomaly with it. help please.

    Please go through it and let me know the anomaly that you have come across.

    The problem i had is cleared now,  I actually had miscalculated the Non shear area and hence got some different result.

    But now its clear.  Thumps up for this doc. Can you provide me with some sample cals?

    I don't really understand why in some sections, the reduction moment is not applied. Please, see text attached.

    It seems that in sections Class 3 this reduction is not applied. Is not applied by this reason?? Why??

    Furthermore, in EC3-1-5:2006 Ch 7.1 this reduction is also applied.
