Warning - Property for member duplicated. last value used

Question

Dear All, 
 I have analyzed a tower and got this error. I know this is just a warning and it can be ignored. 
 But is there any simple way by which i can easily get rid of this error? 
 I am trying with individual member section and replacing but that is taking time. 
 I have more than 300 warnings. Kindly help.

This warning means that for a single member, 2 or more property has been entered. The program will ignore the first property and will use the last property entered for analysis. You need to manually remove this from the Staad Editor file.

The suggestion by Shany is right, but the method to remove the error completely can be simplified. To eliminate the error, try this procedure 
 1. In the GUI, go to the properties tab. From the first property to the last, go sequentially copying the list of assigned entities to a text file (in notepad, etc) and noting down the property assigned also. 
 2. Delete all the properties. 
 3. Add the first property. Assign the property to the members through edit list to the same set as was originally present by cut and paste back from the text file 
 4. Repeat the same to the second property, then the third etc (use the same sequence as original) 
 IIRC, when we use GUI to assign properties, if there is already property assigned to a member and it is reassigned, the old association gets deleted. This does not happen if you happened to assign it through editor.

This means that the member number let say 13 is repeating in both the properties which you assigned. So you need to delete it from one of these properties to overcome the warning. To delete it open your STAAD Editor find the line" MEMBER PROPERTY " and search for repeated member number like 10,12 etc and delete the repeated one. This warning generally occurs when different size is assigned to the same member.
