Is there a way to assign a connection (specifically a base plate) in RAM elements but not have the connection be designed? I'd like to assign the connection then go into the module and set the design manually then have the program "check" the design. Is this possible?
You would need to create a custom connection and then customize the toolbar so that the custom connection can be assigned. See page 58-65 in the RAM Connection Manual for more information on creating custom connections. See pages 67-70 for information on customizing the toolbar.
