I have a steel frame model in RAM Structural System. The beams are being designed for both roof live load and snow loads. In the criteria I have "Consider Snow Loads, Ignore Roof Live Loads" checked. But the calculated moment is including: DL, LL and Snow. From what I have read RAM SS is only supposed to consider one or the other, either roof live or snow. When I click the option to only consider roof live load, the snow load goes away and the moment is calculated as anticipated. Is there anything else besides the option to "Consider Snow Loads..." that may contribute to the roof live load being considered?
I can set my roof live load to 0 psf to get the desired loading, but I would like to know what RAM is doing.
I am using version 14.06.01.00.

Make sure the live loads that you refer to as roof live loads are, in fact, entered as type Live - Roof. The other three types (Live - Unreducible, Live - Reducible and Live - Storage) are always considered.
