Saw the release notes for update 9.1 to RAM Connection. Does this version fix the issues with the RAM Elements plugin? I want to avoid upgrading until I do not have to run 2 versions ( v8 in Elements, v9 in RAM SS/Standalone).

This is the version of Ram Connection that you will want to use, but not until a patch for Ram Elements is also released. In all likelihood, this will be an update of version 13.* and should happen before the end of the month.
