Hi.
My office pc was changed and so I reinstalled Staad. The software runs fine except for one issue. The pop-up window (when you double-click any member) doesn't show up full. It can't be stretch even. My pc has a high graphic card installed (AMD Rad HD 7470), with 32G RAM, win7, core i7. Refer to the attached file for more info.
Is there anyone here who experienced such or am I the only one who has a weird staad window?

Maybe your STAAD.Pro version is not compatible with your operating system. Please check with your account admin for the latest installer.
The problem is our account's maintenance hasn't been renewed for another year because we never had any issues before so our office didn't renew the maintenance/support.
I am using Win7 Professional K
1.Close STAAD.Pro.
2.Go to the Windows Start menu -> click Run -> type REGEDIT -> click OK. The Registry Editor window will appear.
3.Please go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Research Engineers -> StaadPro -> select the 2007 folder and delete it.

What is the version of STAAD.Pro are you using? You can get the information from Help> About STAAD.Pro.
I tried the suggestion by Geeky biswa but the problem is still there. I am using Release 20.07.04.12
