While there are about half a dozen books on STAAD.Pro by various authors, two of them are published by Bentley.

The latter is by our Bentley colleague Kris Sathia whose responses you can find on various places on this forum. This one has a significant amount of matter on seismic analysis and other forms of dynamic analysis.
