Allow the user to input a maximum USR limit so the program will design the stud rails if it exceeds your limit. On almost every slab I do I have locations where the USR is ~0.99 and no stud rails are designed. This can be easily overlooked and produce a condition on the theoretical edge of sudden brittle failure if it gets built this way. Additionally it would be very useful if the user could input stud rail configurations for the program to check at specific locations instead of relying on what the program designs.
