for design of flat slab, we would suggest you to use RCDC-FE software.
for waffle and Ribbed slab, design is based on analysis forces. Also it is depend on the waffle slab geometry like waffle depth, width. So it is depend on the analysis forces. As RCDC is only design software, it is not recommended / possible to add waffle and ribbed slab in RCDC.
