      Applies To
      Product: RAM Elements
    First Affected Version: 12.01.00.34
      Found in Version: 12.01.00.34
    Fixed in Version: 12.05.00.00

Access Violation Error Temperature Loads with Shells

An access violation error is produced in RAM Elements v12.01.01 Build 34 when a model with shell elements is analyzed for temperature load cases and dynamic load cases. The model will run without error if the model is run for only the temperature load case, the temperature load case and any static load cases, or any static load cases and dynamic load cases.

    Solution

    Fixed in RAM Elements v12.05

    Alternatively Update RamFE.dll to v8.3.3.
